Who’s Hosting This Glittering Affair?
The ever-vibrant Nicki Minaj is returning to grace the VMAs stage as this year’s emcee. In the past, MTV VMA hosting duties have been handled by a diverse array of celebrities, from LL Cool J to a hosting trio that included Nicki Minaj, Jack Harlow, and even Katy Perry.
Star-Studded Performances
Among the highlights of the night, Shakira and Sean “Diddy” Combs are set to make grand returns to the MTV VMA stage after over a decade. Shakira will be honored with the MTV Video Vanguard Award, while Diddy will receive the 2023 Global Icon Award.
