Emerging from the world-building of The Boys franchise, Gen V delves into the backstory of the premiere class of superheroes with the disturbing knowledge about Compound V – that their powers aren’t divine, but scientifically engineered. This clutch of blossoming, competitive heroes pushes their physical boundaries and moral compasses in a bid for the academy’s alluring top spot. However, they soon understand the price tag attached to ambition and that the lines between good and evil aren’t as definitive as once presumed. As the academy’s ominous secrets surface, these trainees are forced to reconsider their hero destiny.
The genius minds of Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters drive the series as showrunners and executive producers, along with luminaries such as Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H.
