Will Forte Joins Cast of Tina Fey’s Netflix Comedy

Tina Fey’s upcoming Netflix series, The Four Seasons, has added Will Forte to its cast. The series, a modern adaptation of the 1981 film, is co-created by Tina Fey and Tracey Wigfield. Forte will be joining a lineup that includes Fey, Steve Carell, Colman Domingo, Kerri Kenney-Silver, and Erika Henningsen.

Specifics regarding Forte’s character have not been disclosed. This isn’t the first time Forte and Fey have collaborated; they worked together on Saturday Night Live from 2002-2006, and Forte made guest appearances on Fey’s NBC show, 30 Rock.

About The Four Seasons

The original 1981 film The Four Seasons starred Carol Burnett, Len Cariou, Sandy Dennis, Rita Moreno, Jack Weston, and Bess Armstrong. It portrayed the lives of three upper-middle-class married couples in New York City who vacationed together during each of the seasons.

Tina Fey has previous collaborations with Netflix, including co-creating the series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. She also starred in the animated series Mulligan and serves as an executive producer on the ongoing series Girls5Eva.
