‘Fallout’ Release Pushed Up by Amazon

The widely anticipated series adaptation of the hit video game series, Fallout, is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video. Fallout, adapted by Jonathan Nolan who’s well-known for his work on Westworld and The Dark Knight Trilogy, boasts a star-studded cast. Among the actors set to take center stage are Ella Purnell, Kyle MacLachlan, Michael Emerson, and Walton Goggins who stars as The Ghoul, a 200-year-old bounty hunter carrying secrets about the post-apocalyptic world in which the series is set.

Series Premiere of ‘Fallout’

Amazon surprised series followers by moving the floor premiere of Fallout to an earlier date. Initially scheduled for April 11, all eight debut episodes of the series will now start streaming on Prime Video at 9:00 p.m. EST/6:00 p.m. PST on April 10.

Fallout is adapted from one of the all-time popular video game series. The series unfolds the story of the world’s haves and have-nots 200 years post-apocalypse, with much to have almost extinct. Surrounded by the luxurious fallout shelters, inhabitants are forced to escape into the harsh reality of an irradiated world their forebears abandoned, only to find a surprisingly intricate, bizarre, and violent universe awaiting their return.
