Production Details
Before greenlighting the series in March, Hulu had ordered the pilot of the show in September 2021. The show was the brainchild of the “Stumptown” duo, Mike Weiss and Heidi Cole McAdams, who also served as the showrunners. The pilot was directed by Marc Webb and produced under his Black Lamb banner. The series is a production of Disney’s ABC Signature, with whom Webb is currently in an overall deal.
