Early buzz teases a thrilling, emotional rollercoaster for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’s grand finale

The Big Bang: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

Hold on to your space helmets, kids! The cosmic conclusion to the much-loved trilogy, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, has blasted off with its first screening at Disneyland Paris. Let me tell you, the early buzz is out of this world.

Prepare for one last epic adventure with Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Groot, Rocket, Nebula, and friends as they meet new characters like Adam Warlock and The High Evolutionary. Judging by the reactions from the premiere, this emotional roller coaster is going to be a smash hit.

Reactions from the Stars (and Fans!)
Steven – LDG couldn’t contain his excitement after watching the Paris premiere, tweeting:

GardiensdelaGalaxie3 is my favorite. More mature, more violent, but still in the DNA of goalkeepers. Staging level I wanted to shout VOILÀ MARVEL FINALLY 😂. This film is doing a lot of good for mixed fans of the latest projects

Marvel Story chimed in with high praise for the final installment of the trilogy:

James Gunn leaves with honors. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is the most touching and the best realized of the trilogy. A very good conclusion for this endearing Guardians team. And how good it is for the MCU! Thank you @JamesGunn.

Director James Gunn himself responded to Marvel Story’s tweet with a red heart emoji. Aww, isn’t that sweet?

IGN France, Disneyphile, and More!
IGN France’s take on the movie was more enigmatic, but still positive:

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 seen! And convinced by the real and the action which offer striking scenes! Lots of stuff to say (and say again?) on the themes, humor all that, we’ll come back to it in detail soon 😉

Disneyphile’s review was nothing short of glowing:

The MCU fresher than ever! James Gunn concludes his trilogy with panache with #GardiensdelaGalaxie3. A whole film, brutal and elegant at the same time and full of emotions. Very surprising! To say that it shouldn’t have been done a few years ago…

The Best of the Trilogy?
Maxime Chao declared Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 the best of the three, but not without a slight reservation:

GardiensdelaGalaxie3 is the best of the trilogy, the most moving but also the most serious. The humor is there (and goes well), but the tone has changed. The fights are brutal, the VFX clean, and the AD cool. Adam Warlock is disappointing otherwise, but Chukwudi Iwuji in HE is great.

With early reactions like these, it’s safe to say we’re in for a fantastic, emotional farewell to our favorite galaxy-saving squad. Mark your calendars for May 5 and get ready to rock out with the Guardians one last time!
