Paramount Home Entertainment has announced the release date for the Knuckles Blu-ray and DVD, the first Sonic the Hedgehog spin-off series from Paramount+. The announcement comes two months after its debut season of eight episodes premiered on April 26.
The Knuckles spin-off follows the titular character on an entertaining and action-filled journey of self-discovery. He agrees to mentor Wade, training him in the ways of the Echidna warrior. The series is set between the events of the movies Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
When is the Knuckles Blu-ray & DVD release date?
The Knuckles Blu-ray and DVD will be available for purchase starting Tuesday, September 10. Paramount will also release a limited edition Blu-ray steelbook for the series, led by Idris Elba.

The Knuckles series is created by head writer and executive producer John Whittington. The pilot episode is directed by Sonic the Hedgehog director Jeff Fowler. The cast includes Adam Pally, Edi Patterson, Julian Barratt, Scott Mescudi, Ellie Taylor, Christopher Lloyd, Cary Elwes, Stockard Channing, Paul Scheer, and Rob Huebel. Executive producers for the series are Idris Elba, Neal H. Moritz, Toby Ascher, and Toru Nakahara, with production by Paramount Pictures and Sega of America.
