Valentine’s Day brought an unexpected gift to Joker 2 enthusiasts in the form of three new stills from Joker: Folie à Deux. Announced by Director Todd Phillips, the images highlight Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga in tantalizing glimpses of their roles in the much-anticipated sequel.

Phillips delighted his social media following with the release of these images on Instagram, accompanied by the earnest wish that their day be “full of love.”
In Joker: Folie à Deux, Joaquin Phoenix resumes his Academy Award-winning portrayal of Arthur Fleck/Joker. Lady Gaga, playing the part of Joker’s love interest Dr. Harleen Quinzel or Harley Quinn, is featured alongside Phoenix. The sequel also sees the return of Zazie Beetz as Arthur’s ex-neighbour, Sophie Dumond. Additionally, actors Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, and Harry Lawtey join the cast but their roles remain undisclosed.
