Warner Bros<\/a> has just unveiled a captivating trailer<\/a> for the upcoming DC<\/a> film Blue Beetle, directed by Angel<\/a> Manuel Soto. Initially planned as an HBO<\/a> Max<\/a> exclusive, the studio<\/a> ultimately decided on a big-screen release before<\/a> production began. This milestone film, showcasing the first Latin DC superhero, was brought to life under Walter Hamada’s leadership and will now become part of the larger DC universe<\/a> being crafted by Peter Safran and James Gunn<\/a>. Blue Beetle is friends<\/a> with Booster Gold, another DC character who is being developed into a TV series<\/a> by Gunn and Safran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Blue Beetle will debut in theaters<\/a> on August 18 and will also be viewable in IMAX<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
